In view of the continuous increase in gold prices, the local jirga of Lower Dir has taken a big decision.
In Lower Dir, the jirga has made a written agreement to appoint a tola of right seal in marriage or marriage. Violators will be fined Rs 100,000.
According to the written agreement, there will be no cooperation with anyone who violates this right to seal agreement, while a social boycott of the violators will also be announced.
