On Thursday, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori invited religious scholar Mufti Tariq Masood to Governor House Karachi to attend a religious gathering. Masood is well-known on social media for his lectures on polygamy.
Kamran Tessori jokingly stated that all Governor House wives are “on high alert.”
In his speech to the ceremony, Kamran Tessori said that his wife told him that she would also go to Governor House to hear Mufti Tariq Masood speak.
“Don’t worry,” the Sindh governor told his wife, adding, “I would listen to all the statements on Mufti Sahib except one (on polygamy).”
Kamran Tessori made a joke when he said that he told his beloved wife that he wouldn’t listen to Mufti Tariq Masood lecture on second and third marriage “so easily.”
