The famous King’s College at Cambridge University held the first-ever iftar event. Numerous attendees came from various walks of life to the historic event that the Open Iftar project organized.
The University of Cambridge’s Henning Majid Professor stated that “This is the greatest opportunity for people of all faith and none to get together.”
“Because Cambridge is a tiny city, these events are quite significant because they bring the community together, especially in these beautiful historic buildings,” remarked the student.
