Qatar Airways, known for its innovative approach to air travel, is continuing to revolutionize the passenger experience. The CEO of the airline, Akbar Al Baker, has recently announced that the upcoming Boeing 777 planes will not have First Class cabins.
Al Baker highlighted that this decision was made because they believe that the extravagant seating arrangement is unnecessary, considering the exceptional amenities provided in the airline’s Business Class Qsuites.
This development comes as Qatar Airways celebrates the successful six-year anniversary of its groundbreaking Qsuites. These Business Class cabins were introduced as the world’s first individual suite designs with closing doors and the option of double-bed configurations, setting a new standard for luxury during flights.
