Dubai continues its rapid development with the addition of impressive new structures and attractions. The city’s ambitious projects include a new skyscraper, an artificial island, a waterfront destination, and a museum. According to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai’s Vice-President and Prime Minister, the goal is to create the most beautiful city in the world by adding something new every day.

One notable development is an archipelago called “The World,” located off the coast of Dubai. It is designed to resemble a world map and consists of 260 islands grouped into seven sets representing different continents. The World spans over 230 kilometers of shoreline. Currently, some islands are accessible to visitors, including Lebanon, Anantara (Argentina), and the Heart of Europe.

To reach these islands, visitors can embark on a boat ride lasting between 15 to 30 minutes, offering a scenic journey into the sunset. The departure point is Jumeirah One Fishing Harbour, and boats with a seating capacity of over 50 operate every hour from 11 am onwards.
