GIS IT Operator:
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator.
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Physical stamina and strength.
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.

Data center operations technician:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

- Fundamental understanding of AC and DC power systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Maintain security compliance in data centers by ensuring accurate inventory and asset management procedures. Support infrastructure deployments, replace third-party parts, and perform regular maintenance on cooling systems.
Examine electricity generation and energy conservation systems, maintain cabin accessories, and replace refrigeration filters. Ensure safety by maintaining low temperatures and electric current, and maintaining efficient data centers. Apply international best practices and improve performance by submitting reports on data center performance and efficiency.
Data center network engineer:
Responsibilities:
Ensure the company’s network infrastructure’s availability and reliability, optimize performance, monitor performance, collaborate with IT teams, develop the documentation, implement security technologies, and provide network support for production and non-production environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network engineering.
- Expertise in networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and MPLS.
- Expertise with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Brocade.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Network engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Review and make network improvements, including wired and wireless.
- Supporting and ensuring that the network of the Ministry operates properly across all sites.
- Regular upkeep of the Ministry’s network in the field and control over the network’s stability in all facilities.
- Composing and sending reports that detail performance metrics, issues, and defects while offering relevant fixes
- The internal network architecture of the facilities and the method of connecting to the primary and cloud data centers are periodically reviewed.
- By analyzing the issue, keeping track of progress, and putting forward solutions that are appropriate for the department’s role and responsibilities, providing technical support to all of the ministry’s teams.
