Imran Aslam Khan, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a private aviation company that is preparing to launch Pakistan’s first air taxi service, has been reported missing. Imran Aslam Khan, associated with Sky Wings, disappeared from Jinnah International Karachi Airport on Thursday. His manager, Tasadeq Hussain, filed a complaint at the Airport police station, suspecting that Aslam may have been abducted by unknown individuals. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
Sky Wings is getting ready to introduce an air taxi service in which people can book planes through a mobile app, similar to how Uber and Bykea work. Last month, a company official announced that their planes can accommodate up to four passengers, and they plan to introduce an app for convenient booking of the service.
Apart from the air taxi service, Sky Wings also has plans to offer aerial taxi services throughout Pakistan. The company shared on Facebook that their cost-effective aerial taxi services will be accessible to businesspersons, professionals, doctors, lawyers, politicians, celebrities, tourists, and anyone else who needs to travel across the country.
