New York is Building this U-Shaped Skyscraper. This is So Big that a Plane Can Easily Go Through It

An architecture firm, Oiio Studio, has an ambitious plan to create the world’s longest building by bending a skyscraper in half.

The proposed building, called The Big Bend, is a curved skyscraper that would stretch 4,000 feet along Manhattan’s Billionaire’s Row. The unique design comes as a solution to the limited space available in Manhattan, where architects have to build tall buildings due to lack of space to build outward.

The firm believes that by bending their structure instead of trying to bend the zoning rules of New York, they can create one of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan. The idea is to make the most of the available space and create an iconic and impressive structure that stands out in the city’s skyline.
