A Bangalore couple, Nidhi Singh and Shikhar Veer Singh, decided to follow their dreams and passion. They left their well-paying jobs and sold their house to start a samosa business called Samosa Singh in Bengaluru.
Initially, some people might have laughed at or criticized their idea, but now they are successful and earning more than they would have in their previous jobs. Shikhar got the idea for the samosa business while he was studying, and after seeing a boy crying for a samosa in a food court, he was convinced it was the right choice.
Their menu includes unique samosa options like kadhai paneer samosa. They are now planning to expand their business further.
