The details of taxes imposed on petroleum products in Pakistan have been revealed.
The price of petrol has increased by Rs 37.45 during a month while the price of diesel has increased by more than Rs 40 per liter.
Similarly, the price of kerosene has increased by 53 rupees, while the global tax on diesel has also increased by 6 rupees per liter and the global tax on petrol has increased by 3 rupees per liter.
The premiums of petrol and diesel have also been increased, with a total tax hike of Rs 95 per liter on petrol and Rs 92 per liter on diesel.
According to the documents, the net price of petrol in Pakistan is Rs 195 while diesel is Rs 201.
It should be noted that the caretaker government has increased the price of petrol by 17.50 rupees and the price of diesel by 20 rupees for the last 15 days.
