Under The Leadership of CM Mohsin Naqvi, The Punjab Delegation Examines Advanced Milk Processing and Administrative Efficiency During their Visit to Yinchuan

Acting on the directive of Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, a delegation from the Punjab government embarked on a visit to a cutting-edge milk processing facility and an advanced one-window administrative system in Yinchuan. The delegation included Provincial Ministers SM Tanveer, Amir Mir, Azfar Ali Nasir, Ibrahim Hasan Murad, and Finance Secretary Mujahid Sherdil. During their extensive four-hour tour, the provincial ministers delved into the operations of the China First Deep Processing Enterprises and explored the One Window System in Yinchuan City. They closely inspected various departments within the China First Deep Processing Factory and gained insights into the intricate milk processing procedures. Additionally, they were briefed on the value-added processes for milk, cheese, proteins, and other products at the modern facility in Nangxia.

The ministers were also apprised of the measures implemented for the streamlined high-speed one-window operation in the heart of Yinchuan city. They witnessed firsthand the provisions made for the convenience of citizens within the One Window System. It was revealed during the briefing that following the One Window Operation’s implementation, 69 official seals previously in use within offices have been rendered obsolete, now kept collectively in a designated area within the operation’s hall. For those citizens who may not have access to online application forms, a separate hall has been designated for manual form submissions. The entire process is swiftly concluded within minutes of receiving the application at the One Window Administration Cell, requiring citizens to visit only once. Remarkably, over 99 percent of citizens expressed their satisfaction with the services provided by the One Window Administration and the application processing.

Minister SM Tanveer highlighted the cutting-edge nature of the one-window operation for the residents of Yinchuan city, emphasizing how such a system bolsters citizens’ confidence in the government machinery. Minister Amir Mir lauded the marked improvements in administrative affairs and civic amenities at all levels in Yinchuan, the capital of Nangxia, citing the One Window Cell as a prime example. He underscored the necessity for a similar system in major cities, including Lahore.

Minister Azfar Ali Nasir foresaw an increase in the utilization of modern technology in milk processing and emphasized the potential for further collaboration in value addition. In line with Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi’s instructions, the head of the Chinese company has been extended an invitation to visit Punjab. Minister Ibrahim Murad pledged immediate action in seeking technical support from China for processing and value addition in the livestock sector, with a special focus on milk. He emphasized the pressing need for the introduction of swift one-window operations in our own cities, akin to the model in Yinchuan.
