ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf will hold a closed-door meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC) at the National Assembly Auditorium on Wednesday.
This will be the starting point of operations against terrorists in different areas of the country. Civil Armed Forces, police and other agencies will be involved in this operation while the operation will be led by the Army.
Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir will be under one roof in the National Assembly for the first time.
Members of the Assembly will be allowed to question the military leadership about the operation and the legislators have also made preparations in this regard, who will also raise questions about the successes of past operations.
