Asia Pak Investment Acquires 54% Shares in K-Electric, Announces Cheaper Electricity

Asia Pak Investment has acquired 54 percent shares of K-Electric, the head of the company announced to provide cheap electricity to the citizens of Karachi.

According to details, good news has come for the citizens of Karachi, head of Asia Pak Investment Shehryar Chishti has announced to provide cheap electricity to the citizens of Karachi.

Shehryar Chishti said that the control of K-Electric will soon come to Asia Pak, 54 percent shares of K-Electric have been acquired by Asia Pak.

He said that investment of $2.5 billion to $3 billion will be made in the next five years for cheap electricity, wind, coal and solar energy will be invested for cheap electricity.

Wind and solar will generate 3000 MW of cheap electricity for Karachi in the next five years.

The head of Asia-Pak Investment said that investment has been made in karachi’s affordable power projects with the support of UAE, banks should finance coal projects to get cheap electricity.
