Babar Azam Becomes the First Batsman to Reach 2500 Runs in PSL

Peshawar Zalmi captain, Babar Azam, achieved another milestone in HBL PSL on Monday as he became the first batsman to breach the 2500-run mark in the marquee tournament’s history.

People are still talking about Babar Azam’s PSL 8 performance because it was so incredible. At the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi, Pakistan, Babar broke the record by hitting Qais Ahmed for a boundary during his inning against the Quetta Gladiators.

Babar got the competition off to a strong start by scoring 68 runs against the Kings off just 40 balls. The other two batsmen who have amassed more than 2000 runs in the PSL’s history are Shoaib Malik and Fakhar Zaman.
