Babar Azam is capturing hearts on and off-field. Known for his exceptional batting skills, Babar Azam has surfaced on the internet several times for his kindness. He became a cherished and admired figure in Sri Lanka during the Lanka Premier League (LPL).
After one of his matches in the LPL, Azam encountered a young fan waiting for him in the hotel lobby. Babar Azam met the little fan and shook hands. The young fan went on to request Azam’s shirt and batting gloves, but the batsman politely declined, stating, “Not now.”
In a heartwarming turn of events, the same young fan found his way to the Pakistan team hotel after the second ODI against Afghanistan. True to his word, Azam came down from his room, handed over his batting gloves to the fan, and even posed for a photograph.
