British army personnel openly admitted that Pakistan’s army is among the greatest in the world during a luncheon sponsored by the Pakistan High Commission in London in honor of the Quetta Association’s ex-servicemen. The Quetta Association, an organization of former members of the British and Pakistani Armies who served at Quetta, organized the ceremony to recognize their service and sacrifice while also fostering closer ties between Pakistan and the UK.
Moazzam Ahmad Khan, the High Commissioner, emphasized the value of Pakistan-UK relations during the ceremony and how defense diplomacy can strengthen these ties.
In addition to praising them for upholding peace and stability in their respective nations, he congratulated the British officers and Quetta Association members for their excellent service and contributions to Pakistan-UK relations.
