According to a Saudi newspaper report, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has advised pilgrims not to perform more than one Umrah during the blessed month of Ramadan. In its statement, the ministry says that all people should perform Umrah once in Ramadan and give others the opportunity to perform Umrah conveniently. The Ministry says that the purpose of banning an Umrah is to make it easier for others to perform Umrah with peace of mind. The ministry further said that the system does not have the capacity to modify the scheduled date and time of Umrah, and those who will issue Umrah permit through Nasik app will have to cancel the permit if they want to modify it.
