The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has received a comprehensive review of the second day of the plot auction. So far, 15 plots have been sold for over Rs. 18.50 billion. The auction will continue at the Jinnah Convention Centre on May 31. The auction committee, chaired by a CDA Member of Finance, is overseeing the auction process. Other committee members include representatives from different departments of the CDA.
The committee has taken effective measures to ensure transparency and a competitive environment during the auction. This has resulted in increased participation from investors who are successfully acquiring plots of their choice through the bidding process.
After a thorough verification, the bids received will be presented to the CDA Board. The CDA Board is the authorized body to approve or reject the bids.
