As per a statement released by Chery, the company will soon launch its seven-seater SUV Sorento in Pakistan, following Kia’s lead.
The firm has finally reported Chery’s arrival in Pakistan through a Facebook post.
As per sources, Chery Automobile Company Ltd’s first vehicle to be unveiled in Pakistan is the Tiggo 8, a midsize crossover SUV. It would almost definitely go up against the Toyota Fortuner and the Kia Sorento right away.
Reports further stated, Ghandhara Nissan Limited (GNL) plans to introduce electric vehicles (EVs) in Pakistan in collaboration with Chery.
Officials from the company have announced that a new plant will be established in Pakistan to launch electric vehicles within the next three years.
