In an unusual display of professionalism, a Chinese carrier, China Southern Airlines, has announced that tickets sold at extremely cheap prices due to a glitch would be honored.
The glitch led to tickets being available for as low as $1.3, causing a buzz on social media.
Although the airline did not intend to offer such discounts, it confirmed that tickets purchased during the glitch period would be considered valid.
The glitch affected flights to and from Chengdu, with some tickets priced at a fraction of their normal cost.
