The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced the auction of another property linked to Bahria Town to recover outstanding tax dues of around Rs. 26.4 billion.
The property is located in Bahria Golf City, Rawalpindi, and covers 32 kanals and 11 marlas of land. It also includes a constructed house and other built-up area. The FBR’s Large Taxpayers Office in Islamabad has scheduled the auction for October 6, 2026.
According to the auction notice, the property is situated at Plot No. 1, Street No. R2A, in Mauza Salkhater, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi. The proceedings are being carried out under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and Income Tax Rules, 2002, as part of the tax recovery process.
The latest move follows earlier FBR action involving Bahria Town properties. A 527-kanal, 10-marla property in Murree was also targeted for recovery of tax dues and was eventually sold in July 2026. The FBR has also previously auctioned a Bahria Town property on Park Road, Islamabad.
The October auction is separate from property sales conducted by the National Accountability Bureau under its own recovery proceedings.
