The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, has awarded a tanker driver in Quetta, Muhammad Faisal, with an amount of Rs500,000 for putting his life in danger to keep all the people secure by driving a blazing oil tanker far away from the gathered area.
Two days ago, a petrol station was caught up in a fire by an oil truck carrying over 10,000 litres of gasoline. On the other hand, Faisal constantly drove the truck for a further two kilometres with the motive of securing people’s lives.
His video went viral on social media, and was very much applauded, naming him as a “real-life hero” by a lot of people on social media.
Faisal was awarded with a monetary prize by the CM of Balochistan for his strong power and brave attitude in securing the lives of many.
On the other hand, the head of the Prime Minister’s Strategic Reforms, Salman Sufion, offered Faisal to come to Islamabad as an important guest.
On Twitter, Sufi acknowledged Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s “deep gratitude” to Faisal for his “selfless contribution to humanity.” Â
