Credit For Removal of Pakistan from the FATF Goes to Bilawal Bhutto

In response to Ali Zaidi’s press conference, Sindh Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the leaders of Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insaf were in a rush to claim credit for removing Pakistan from the Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) grey list, making quick declarations and posting on Twitter on social media from the morning hours without considering diplomacy and social rules.

He went on to say that they didn’t bother waiting for the formal notification of the FATF meeting at the end of the Berlin session.

Friendly and neighbouring nations had stayed dissatisfied with Pakistan due to the PTI’s leaders’ ignorance and impolitic behaviour under their previous government, according to the provincial minister, and Pakistan had become lonely in the world.

According to Sharjeel Memon, the alliance government’s tireless efforts, led by Foreign Minister and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, were paying off, and Pakistan was on the verge of being removed from the FATF’s grey list.
