Babar Azam, the captain of the Pakistan cricket team, recently shared his belief that it is best to perform the Hajj pilgrimage at a younger age. He expressed this view in a viral video recorded after completing the Hajj in Saudi Arabia. Babar Azam stressed the importance of having a sincere and wholehearted intention when undertaking this sacred duty. He advised people to take the opportunity to perform Hajj while they are young, as it can become more challenging as time goes on.
During his journey, Babar Azam encountered elderly pilgrims who impressed him with their courage and dedication to pleasing Allah. He acknowledged their unwavering commitment. It’s worth noting that Babar Azam went on this spiritual journey with his mother, and several other cricketers, including Muhammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Iftikhar Ahmed, Inzamamul Haque, and Faheem Ashraf, also had the privilege of experiencing the blessings of Hajj.
