The England National Cricket Team has reportedly decided to hire a team chef for the upcoming red-ball tour of Pakistan amid concerns over catering.
Team England have hired a personal chef for the Test tour of Pakistan after a debrief of the experiences of England’s white-ball team that toured Pakistan for a seven-match T20I series ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, according to a report.
Reportedly, several players and support staff had given feedback that the food was not up to par, particularly at match venues, during the seven-match limited-overs series. A few players had even suffered from upset stomachs during the tour.
The England national cricket team defeated the Pakistan national cricket team in their own backyard by 4-3.
