Former President Donald Trump was Accused of Fraud

The American judge declared former President Donald Trump involved in fraud.

Judge Arthur Engoron said former President Trump and his company had overstated the value of their assets.

The US judge ruled that Trump could not prove that a prospective buyer of one of his properties was located in Saudi Arabia.

New York Attorney General Letitia James alleged that Donald Trump inflated his assets by $2.2 billion to get a better business deal.

Trump’s lawyers claimed that the former president had given the correct value of the assets and that this was the value that Trump considered as a visionary real estate developer.

The court rejected the request of Donald Trump regarding the non-hear ability of the case.
