In the coming fiscal year, the government has decided to offer a discount on the construction of new houses and buildings.
Ishaq Dar announced in his budget speech for the fiscal year 2023-24 that those in the construction business will receive a ten percent or five lakh rupees discount on their income for the next three years.
He stated that those who build their own home will receive a 10% discount, up to one million rupees, for three years. The New Pakistan Housing Authority has been allocated one billion rupees.
