Govt Allocates Hajj 2025 Quota to Airlines

The Federal Ministry of Religious Affairs has assigned flight quotas for Hajj 2025 to national and private airlines. Pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia can choose from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Saudi Arabian Airlines, Serene Air, Airblue, and Air Sial for their journey.

PIA and Saudi Arabian Airlines will each transport over 35,000 pilgrims, making them the leading carriers for this year’s Hajj. Among private airlines, Serene Air will handle 7,000 passengers, Airblue 7,380, and Air Sial 3,500.

Flights will operate from major cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, and Quetta. To ensure fairness, ticket prices will remain the same across both the South and North regions of Pakistan.

The Hajj packages have been designed to accommodate varying needs and budgets. The minimum package starts at $1,000, while the most extended package is priced at $800.

This allocation is part of efforts to streamline Hajj operations and provide pilgrims with multiple travel options. With the involvement of both national and private airlines, the government aims to ensure smooth and efficient travel for all pilgrims participating in Hajj 2025.
