With aspirations sky high and an aura that relentlessly is screaming “We’re here to stay!”, the momentous collaboration between GWM and SAZGAR Engineering Works Limited is getting from strength to strength, year after year.
This time around, after the successful launches of Haval H6, the Haval H6 HEV, Haval Jolion, GWM and SAZGAR have launched another flagship Haval product, the Haval Jolion HEV. The vehicle is an entrant in the ever so popular crossover SUV segment, full of existing players. However, there is one key difference…
The Haval Jolion HEV, as the name suggests, comes with a 1.5L hybrid electric engine, while the majority of options within the price bracket of less than PKR 1 Crore are petrol-only, except for Corolla Cross, which is another hybrid. What this means is that SAZGAR has become the sole vehicle manufacturer with not ONE but TWO locally assembled hybrid vehicles on their roster.
In addition to the amazing Haval line up, SAZGAR in the past few months also introduced two CBU vehicles to the Pakistani market, GWM Ora 03 (100% Electric), and GWM Tank 500 (another hybrid). This consequentially means SAZGAR has the biggest New Energy Vehicles (NEV) lineup in the country. The company is the pioneer and a one-stop shop for all kinds of electric vehicles, be it three wheeler rickshaws or four wheeler SUVs.
SAZGAR and Haval’s latest offering, the Jolion HEV is priced at PKR 9,295,000/- with a booking amount of PKR 1,800,000/-. The current delivery time is 2 to 3 months.
The vehicle comes with a 4G15H Hybrid engine, with a remarkable mileage of 20Km/L. Coupled with 190HP and 375Nm of Torque, the Haval Jolion HEV promises to be a powerful yet functional addition to the automobile market of Pakistan.
To celebrate the launch of this clutter breaking vehicle, SAZGAR hosted an internal event, featuring esteemed senior management personnel, officers, and the labor workforce. The event was also attended by all Haval dealership owners, marking the momentous occasion.
