Here is expected Eid UL Fitr 2025 date in Pakistan

Pakistan is expected to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on Monday, March 31, 2025, based on astronomical predictions. However, the final decision will be announced after the official moon sighting.

Experts predict that the new moon marking the start of Shawwal will likely be visible on the evening of Sunday, March 30, 2025. If weather conditions are favorable, the crescent should be easily seen in different parts of the country.

For the moon to be visible, it must meet certain conditions, such as its age and the time difference between sunset and moonset. This year, forecasts suggest that these conditions will likely be met, making the sighting easier.

Despite these predictions, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will have the final say. The committee, led by Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, will meet on March 30 to confirm the moon sighting based on both scientific data and eyewitness testimonies.

Eid-ul-Fitr is a major Islamic festival that marks the end of Ramadan, a month of fasting and spiritual reflection. It is a time of joy, family gatherings, and giving to those in need. As the expected date approaches, Pakistanis are preparing for the celebrations while waiting for the official announcement.
