Honda Rises Car Prices for Locally-Assembled Cars

For the second time in 2022, Honda Atlas Cars (HACL) has raised the prices of its locally assembled cars.

As per the company, the increase is due to growing raw material costs and a falling local currency.

However, HACL will apply the new prices in the same order as other automakers:

  • Cars booked before November 11, 2021, will be charged at the current price.
  • Those who have paid in full by March 24, 2022, will be charged the current price.
  • Those expecting delivery in April 2022 will pay the current price as well.
  • Those who want to pay in full by April 30, 2022, will face a 50% price increase.
  • People who order new Honda cars after the price increase will have to pay the full price.

HM Shehzad, Chairman of the All Pakistan Motor Dealers Association (APMDA), said that despite the price increase, car demand will continue to rise and delivery times will prolong even further.
