Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Hassan Niazi was produced before Judicial Magistrate-3 Jamil Ahmed in the district court, where his lawyers sought his bail during the hearing.
Quetta Judicial Magistrate-III court granted bail to Imran Khan’s nephew and focal person Hassan Niazi on a surety of Rs100,000.
Hassan Niazi is accused of interfering with the car government and forcibly blocking the roads during the Zaman Park operation at his behest, on which a case was registered against him at the Airport Road police station.
The court granted bail to Hassan Niazi on a bond of Rs100,000 while rejecting the police’s request for five-day physical remand.
