When crafting the 2018 annual budget, Prime Minister Imran Khan urged his economic team to place a special emphasis on development projects and steps to manage inflation.
The prime minister noted that, in addition to ensuring the completion of ongoing development projects, new projects should be created in accordance with public demands, while chairing a meeting to review the next annual budget and national economy.
The prime minister also requested budget ideas from the party’s senior leadership.
The national economy, inflation strategy, and development projects for the coming fiscal year were also examined in depth at the conference.
