India Should Step Out of the Bollywood Fantasy: DG ISPR

Pakistan’s military spokesperson, DG ISPR, has advised India to stop promoting what he called a “Bollywood fantasy mindset” in its media coverage and official statements. His remarks came in response to recent reports and claims made by Indian sources, which he described as exaggerated and far from reality.

He said that instead of spreading dramatic and misleading stories, India should stick to the facts and communicate responsibly. The region is going through a tense period, and false information or over-the-top narratives can make the situation worse, not better.

DG ISPR stressed the importance of mature dialogue and truth-based communication, especially when dealing with serious matters like national security and cross-border tensions. He warned that spreading such stories not only misleads the public but also damages credibility at the international level.

According to him, Pakistan is fully aware of its defense responsibilities and remains prepared, but it does not believe in responding to fiction with more fiction. He added that responsible behavior is needed from both sides to maintain peace and avoid unnecessary escalation.

In conclusion, the spokesperson urged Indian media and officials to avoid sensationalism and instead support peace, truth, and stability.

He said this is the time for smart decisions, not emotional headlines, and reminded everyone that facts should always come first when national security is involved. Responsible communication, he added, is the need of the hour.
