In spite of the ongoing tensions between their respective countries, an Indian man traveled to Sukkur, Pakistan, where he tied the knot with a local girl named Sanjugata Kumari.
The wedding ceremony took place in a local hall and was attended by both families as well as members of the Hindu community. After completing the necessary legal formalities, the newlyweds will soon leave for India.
According to the bride’s parents, Mahendar and Sanjugata met on social media and decided to get married, finalizing the wedding arrangements through WhatsApp.
Aishwar Lal Makeja, a member of the Mukhi Hindu Panjaat Sukkur who attended the wedding, expressed that love knows no boundaries and wished the couple a lifetime of happiness.
