A source that supplies iPhones has shared that the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will have much more storage space compared to the iPhone 14 Pro models.
The new Pro models might start with at least 256GB of storage, which is bigger than the current starting storage of 128GB on the iPhone 14 models. This could mean that there will be four storage options to choose from: 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB. These changes in storage might also connect to the rumors about higher prices for the iPhone 15 Pro models.
Two experts, Mark Gurman and Jeff Pu, have suggested that the prices for the Pro models this year could go up. Pu thinks the starting price for the iPhone 15 Pro might be around $1,099, instead of the $999 starting price of the iPhone 14 Pro. If this is true, the iPhone 15 Pro Max might start at $1,199.
However, it’s also possible that the 2TB storage rumor might not be correct, and Apple might be raising the prices to make more money since fewer people are buying smartphones. It’s interesting to note that there were rumors about a 2TB option for the iPhone 14 Pro models last year, but that didn’t happen.
