ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday heard a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice-chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi challenging his arrest under the 3MPO.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb ordered the release of the vice chairman, while the arrest of Shah Mehmood Qureshi under the 3MPO was declared null and void.
