Israeli occupation forces attacked the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The occupying Zionist forces brutally tortured the worshippers and believers. The doors of the mosque were closed and desecrated. Tear gas bombs, stun grenades rained. Many Palestinians were injured in the brutal violence of Israeli forces. The Zionist forces stopped the ambulance from coming and drove it out of the mosque.
Israeli forces attacked dozens of worshippers in the compound of the Al-Aqsa Mosque before sunrise.
Hamas retaliated by firing rockets at Israel from Gaza. Hamas appealed to Palestinians in the West Bank to reach the Al-Aqsa Mosque, after which a large number of citizens, including Palestinian women and children, arrived at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Israeli police claimed to have taken this action when protesters carrying sticks and stones entered the compound. Israel claimed several rockets had been fired from Gaza, saying several of its cities had been targeted.
