With the highest number of complaints and the largest percentage of total complaints in a single month, Jazz has recently set a new milestone.
According to data received by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Jazz topped the list with 6746 complaints, accounting for 44.05 percent of the total 15313 complaints received during this time period.
In October 2021, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) received 15313 complaints from telecommunication customers against various telecommunication companies.
