Hyperloop technology is set to completely transform transportation in Saudi Arabia by connecting major cities and projects like Neom, the Red Sea Project, Jeddah, Makkah, Riyadh, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Muscat.
With the implementation of Hyperloop technology, travel times will be significantly reduced. For instance, the journey from Jeddah to Makkah will only take 5 minutes, Riyadh to Jeddah will be a mere 46 minutes, and Riyadh to Dubai will take approximately 51 minutes.
This means that Hyperloop will be faster than air travel since there won’t be any need for early arrival at the airport or other time-consuming procedures.
The expected speed of the Hyperloop is around 1250 kilometers per hour, making it much faster and more efficient than traditional modes of transportation.
Moreover, the introduction of the Hyperloop will contribute to the development of a manufacturing hub in Saudi Arabia. The swift transportation of goods will enable rapid export and import processes, which will greatly benefit the country’s economy.
