After defeating Multan Sultans by 21 runs on Saturday, Lahore Qalandars became the first team in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) to advance to the playoffs.
When Lahore Qalandars won the toss and elected to bat first against Multan Sultans at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, they set a goal of 181 runs.
Lahore completed the 20 overs allotted to them with 180-9.
Multan’s total score after 20 overs was 159-7. Following the impressive qualification, Qalandars’ players danced together to celebrate their victory.
In a video shared by the franchise soon after today’s match, pacer Dilbar Hussain, along with Aqib Javed and other players, can be seen celebrating the victory with some dance moves.
