He stated during the Passing-out parade of the 147th PMA Long Course in Kakul that Pakistan’s armed forces had the will and capacity to defend the country’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.

The COAS reiterated that our attempts to promote peace should never be interpreted as a show of weakness.

The Army Chief promised that we will keep supporting our Kashmiri brethren diplomatically, morally, and politically. He said that Pakistan adamantly supports its Kashmiri brothers and sisters in their long-running fight for fundamental human rights and their legal aspiration for the right to self-determination.
The Army Chief emphasized that the world community must understand that regional peace would always be elusive in the absence of a fair and peaceful resolution to the Kashmir problem. Identification of the exposed and covert foes is urgently needed, according to Syed Asim Munir. He asserted that there must be a distinction between reality and deceit in this case.
