Responsibilities:
- Integration Management: Manage the integration of the Gateway with merchant websites.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integration with positive test cases for successful deployment.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the Smart Vista gateway team to address customer issues promptly.
- Analysis: Analyze merchants’ technical requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Pitching Solutions: Present e-Commerce gateway solutions to new merchants/online stores and facilitate onboarding.
- Business Maintenance: Maintain e-Commerce business volume and explore new ventures/promotions to increase transactions.
- Merchant Monitoring: Review merchants’ activities, maintain productivity, and track volume trends.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist merchants in resolving disputes and chargebacks.
- Training: Provide training to merchants on gateway features and usage.
- Reconciliation: Resolve reconciliation issues faced by merchants.
Skills Required:
