Missing Titanic Submarine Operated by $30 Video Game Controller

During the incident involving the missing submersible vessel that was diving towards the Titanic, it was discovered that the vessel was being controlled using an old video game controller.

While it’s not uncommon to use video game controllers for navigation in certain crafts or military drone operations, in this case, a $30 Logitech PC controller was used. The specific model used was the Logitech G F710, which looks like a PlayStation controller but works with Windows-based devices.

It’s important to note that there is no confirmation whether the controller caused the issues with the submarine. Logitech should not be held responsible because the controller was not intended for submarine control. However, like any controller, it can become less reliable over time, as some reviews of this specific model have indicated.
