The federal government has declared a public holiday on the 9th and 10th of Muharram, Prime Minister approved.
The Cabinet Division has issued a holiday notification for the 9th and 10th of Muharram, according to which the 9th of Muharram will be a public holiday on Friday, July 28 and the 10th of Muharram will be a public holiday on Saturday, July 29.
It should be noted that double riding of motorcycles has been banned on the occasion of Ashura in different cities of the country, while the army has also been called in in all four provinces.
