Prime Minister Imran Khan presented appreciation awards to the “top ten best performing federal ministries” under his administration on Thursday, with the communications ministry, planning ministry, and poverty alleviation division taking first, second, and third place, respectively.
The following ministries were recognised for their performance at a ceremony held in Islamabad:
Communications Ministry (Murad Saeed)
Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Ministry (Asad Umar)
Division of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (Dr Sania Nishtar)
Federal Ministry of Education and Professional Training (Shafqat Mahmood)
The Ministry of Human Rights is led by (Dr Shireen Mazari)
The Ministry of Industries and Production is in charge of (Khusro Bakhtiar)
Head of the National Security Division (Dr Moeed Yusuf)
Commerce Ministry (Abdul Razak Dawood)
Interior Ministry (Sheikh Rashid Ahmed)
National Food Security and Research Ministry (Syed Fakhar Imam)
The tool also highlighted ministries with a performance score of 80% or higher.
