Tariq Malik, Chairman of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), has directed officers to approach the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) about a crackdown on the agent mafia operating outside various NADRA offices in Karachi.
During his visit to Karachi, the NADRA Chairman went over human resource issues in detail, including the operational and management of the NADRA Mega Center North Nazimabad, the Nadra Mega Center Siemens Chowrangi, Awami Markaz, Liaquatabad, and the Clifton NADRA Registration Center.
On this occasion, the NADRA chairman recommended that immediate efforts be taken to address citizens’ difficulties, as well as directives for the appointment of 50 data entry operators and 15 deputy assistant directors for the residents’ comfort.
Tariq Malik was also told to contact the FIA about a crackdown on agent mafia operating outside of NADRA offices. He stated that NADRA Clifton Center should be equipped with latest facilities. During his visit to the Mega Facilities, he also listened to citizens’ complaints at NADRA centres.
