To protect the data of citizens, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched the “Ijazat Aap Ki” service.
According to instructions provided by NADRA Chairman Tariq Malik, residents will now have the choice of whether or not to give personal information. With the citizen’s permission, the CNIC will also be verified, and the NADRA will keep the sensitive information secure.
Citizens now own their personal and family information just like they do their physical property.
