Naseem Shah Resumes Rehab After Shoulders Surgery

Pakistan’s talented fast bowler, Naseem Shah, has started his recovery journey after a shoulder injury ruled him out of the entire World Cup 2023. He’s aiming to make a comeback during the 2024 Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Naseem Shah recently shared a video on his social media, demonstrating his gym workouts. He captioned it with, “Progress might be slow, but I’m thankful for everything.” He’s optimistic about his recovery and appreciates the support and guidance from Dr. Imtiaz and his team. He’s looking forward to returning to the cricket field and representing Pakistan.

While he recognizes that the road to recovery can be tough and sometimes lonely, Naseem Shah is grateful for the well-wishes and prayers from his fans. He believes that with their continued support, he’s getting better, fitter, and stronger every day.

Earlier this month, Naseem Shah had a successful surgery to address his shoulder injury, which occurred during a match against India in the Asia Cup 2023 when he strained a muscle just below his bowling shoulder.
