Naseem Shah to Undergo Surgery, Ruled Out of Cricket for Three to Four Months

It’s really unfortunate that Naseem Shah sustained a shoulder injury during the Asia Cup match against India. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has advised him to undergo surgery to address the issue. The recovery period is estimated to be around three to four months, which means he will have to miss the upcoming matches.

As a result of his injury, Naseem Shah has been replaced by Hasan Ali in Pakistan’s 15-member squad for the ICC World Cup 2023. It’s a big blow for the team to lose such a talented fast bowler, especially considering his performance at the time of his injury.

Inzamam-ul-Haq, the PCB’s chief selector, expressed his disappointment about Naseem’s injury. He acknowledged Naseem Shah’s exceptional skills as one of the world’s best bowlers and wished him a speedy recovery. It’s clear that Inzamam-ul-Haq values Naseem’s contribution to the team and hopes to see him back in action as soon as possible.

Injuries are a part of any sport, and it’s always tough to see players sidelined due to such circumstances. However, the most important thing now is for Naseem Shah to focus on his recovery and rehabilitation. With proper medical care and support, we hope he will make a full recovery and return to the field stronger than ever.
